Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Lugar 921 LLC, hereinafter referred to as “Xopifier,” a brand dedicated to designing and configuring online stores on the Shopify platform.

By purchasing our services, the client fully agrees to the following terms:

1. Service Description

Xopifier offers professional services for designing, configuring, and customizing online stores using the Shopify platform. This may include but is not limited to:

• Visual design and site structure (UI/UX)

• Initial store setup (theme, language, currency)

• Installation and configuration of selected apps

• Uploading of initial products and content
 Integration with payment gateways

• Basic guidance on using the store

2. Scope and Exclusions

Our services are exclusively provided on the Shopify platform. They do not include:

• Custom development outside of Shopify (e.g., advanced programming, external API integrations not available in the Shopify ecosystem)

• Content production (photography, copywriting, video) without reference materials provided by the client, unless explicitly agreed upon

• Ongoing support after delivery, unless a maintenance or support plan (such as the Subscriber Plan) is contracted

3. Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery time will be agreed upon at the start of the project and will depend on the project’s complexity and timely delivery of required materials from the client (content, images, key information, etc.).

Xopifier is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late materials from the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all required information and materials within agreed timeframes

• Review and approve progress in a timely manner

• Cover the costs of Shopify subscriptions and third-party apps (if applicable)

• Not use the store for illegal purposes or in violation of Shopify’s policies

5. Payments and Terms

Payments will be made according to the terms outlined in the “Pricing” section.
Any additional services not included in the original proposal will be quoted separately.
Delays in payment may pause work until resolved. In the case of the Subscriber Plan, any failure to collect the monthly subscription may result in deactivation of the store.

6. Ownership and Usage

Once the project is completed and fully paid, the store becomes fully managed by the client, unless they subscribe to a Subscriber Plan.

The rights to any content provided by the client remain their own.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared by the client will be treated confidentially and used solely for the contracted project.

8. Modifications to Terms

Xopifier reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective once published on this website.
